Custom Cakes

Each custom cake is designed especially for you, so I do not have set prices.

There is a minimum of $200.00 for cakes.  Basic buttercream cakes begin at $6 per serving and basic fondant cakes at $7 per serving.  Basic cakes have minimal decoration.  Many of my cakes range between $7.50 and $14.50 per serving.

Structured Cakes & 3D Cakes

Structured and 3d cakes start at $300

Basic Mini Cupcakes

Starting price per cupcake is $1.50
A minimum order of 6 dozen with a choice of 1 cake flavor & 2 buttercream flavors

Regular Cupcakes

Starting price per cupcake is $2.50
A minimum order of 6 dozen with a choice of 1 cake flavor & 2 buttercream flavors

Basic Jumbo Cupcakes

Starting price per cupcake is $3.00
A minimum order of 4 dozen with a choice of 1 cake flavor and 2 buttercream flavors

All cupcakes have a starting price for a delicious & beautiful cupcake made with my basic cake & buttercream flavors. Cupcake prices increase by adding gourmet cake & buttercream flavors, fondant covered buttercream, fillings, handmade sugar decorations, dragees and candies.

Final pricing for all cakes & cupcakes is dependent upon the complexity of design, flavorings, servings & delivery fee.

Cake Pops

Starting price per cake pop is $1.50
A minimum order of 4 dozen with a choice of 1 cake flavor and 1 buttercream flavor

 Starting prices for cake pops are made with my basic cake & buttercream flavors and double dipped in a candy coating. Cake pop prices increase by adding gourmet cake & buttercream flavors, gourmet chocolate coating, handmade sugar decorations, dragees, candies, and bagging with ribbons.


I use only the finest and freshest ingredients
buttermilk, heavy cream, sweet cream butter, gourmet Valrhona, Callebaut or Guittard chocolate, fresh fruit and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
No shortening is ever used in my butter creams, only sweet cream butter.
Yes my prices may be higher than those box stores out there & yes you can taste the difference!
As the saying goes…
Cheap cake isn’t good, good cake isn’t cheap!
I make my own fondant, ganache, modeling chocolate, salted caramel and fruit compotes to flavor my cakes and buttercreams.

Consultations & Tastings

Consultations & Tastings are by appointment only.
Tastings with a 1 hour consultation for 2 people are available for events ordering a minimum of 100 servings of cake.
The consultation fee is $50.

Please bring to your consultation / tasting appointment
Your ideas, pictures, color swatches and appetite!
We will get a feel for the special event you want to create and share in some sweet cake!

You will go home with the remainder of two 4″ cakes. 

The Consultation Process

Call and make an appointment for your 1 hour consultation & tasting
Browse through my cake, frosting and filling flavors and pick 2(each) you would like to taste.
Remember to bring your ideas to the consultation!
To reserve your event date & start the design process, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required.
A contract will be mailed or emailed to you with all the decisions agreed upon.  Please sign one copy and send back to me.
On the day of your event I will deliver and set up your cake.  Any last minute details will be done at that time.

Destination Weddings

Planning an event in the Adirondack area or Vermont?
All plans can be made quickly over the internet.
I have planned many occasions this way and it works!


Standard cake serving guidelines for caterers are 1” wide x 2” deep and 4” tall.
Most of my cakes are taller than the standard industry guidelines, usually between 5” to 6” dependent on the cake design.

8” round    24 servings

At the time of booking, along with a signed contract to officially save your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer will be due.

Celebration Cakes & Cupcakes

Full payment is due 2 weeks (14 days) before the scheduled pickup date.

Wedding Cakes

Final payment is due 3 weeks (21 days) before the wedding date.
If you book within a 21 day period, full payment is due at that time.
Bookings are on a first come, first paid basis.
All dates are considered open until the signed contract
& 50% non-refundable retainer have been received.

Pick up times for cakes smaller than 3 tiers are scheduled at the time the order is placed.
Once a cake or cupcakes have been picked up by you or a designated party, it is considered “accepted”.  The cake or cupcakes are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my cake studio.
